Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders for the collation and tracking of PSA’s workforce for budgeting, forecasting and strategizing.
Assist to prepare workforce-related management reports that are required monthly or quarterly.
Support the team in the development, deployment and maintenance of dashboards on Power BI that will assist in manpower planning and forecasting.
Provide administrative support, including liaising with stakeholders and statutory bodies, for workforce transition schemes and grants.
Other ad-hoc assignments and process improvement projects as assigned.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline; relevant HR knowledge is a plus.
Able to work independently and prioritize effectively.
Strong planning, organization and analytical skills.
Highly conscientious, meticulous and able to multi-task.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Data-driven in decision-making and comfortable working with data. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office.
Possesses a high level of integrity and maturity to manage confidential information.
