We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team!

As a Human Resource Executive, we rely on you to:

1. Handle and support day-to-day HR and Admin related matters.
2. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, etc.
3. Assist hiring managers in defining job descriptions and understanding talent needs.
4. Handle walk-in interviews.
5. Create and update employee data in the system.
6. Maintain backend Leave Management.
7. Submit all government-funded leaves and levy waivers.
8. Update and prepare required documents for monthly payroll.
9. Distribute all daily incoming mails and parcels to respective Division/Department Heads on the same day.
10. Ensure that machines and equipment within the workplace are in good working condition.
11. Raise Store/Purchase Requisitions for office supplies.
12. Set up and maintain a systematic filing system.
13. Carry out other special projects/tasks assigned by supervisors.
