Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the group of companies, i.e. Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & Exit Clearance, etc.
Process work passes application and liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matters.
Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave and medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
Liaise with vendors on dormitory issues.
Support administrative works for the office to ensure smooth running of daily operations.
Hands-on and very familiar with entire payroll processing (200 staff), check and calculate overtime, reporting & statutory board declarations including liaison with outsourced payroll vendors.
Any other tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.
Any other ad hoc duties.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
Meticulous, organized, and highly dependable.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Able to work independently and be a good team player.
