Job description

Job Description:

  1. To assist with day-to-day operations in administrative and HR department
  2. To assist with manpower planning recruitment cycle (job posting, selection, arranging interviews, onboarding and off-boarding process)
  3. Preparing Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Employment contracts, etc.
  4. Process monthly payroll, leave management, medical record, attending to employee queries on all HR matters.
  5. Responsible for statutory submission/claims (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS pay, maternity and childcare claims)
  6. Responsible for the updating and maintenance of the database in the payroll system
  7. Liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass issues (Process work pass applications, renewal, cancellations, etc.)
  8. Updating MOM on changes to the personal data of foreign workers, especially change of address
  9. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of related working experience
  2. Preferably Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
  3. Preferably with hands-on experience of Info-tech payroll software
