1. HR operations and administration
2. Execution of HR plans
3. Providing support on HR and organizational development matters
4. Ensuring that all HR practices are compliant with relevant legal and statutory requirements
5. Manage the recruitment and selection process under the guidance of Manager, PCO, including placement of job postings, shortlisting of candidates, conducting reference checks, and providing guidance to hiring managers
6. Obtaining the necessary employment permits for non-local employees
7. Preparation of administrative forms upon commencement of new employees
8. Manage the offboarding process under the guidance of Manager, PCO, from acceptance of resignation, administration of letters for separation for other reasons, coordinating with relevant parties for handover and offboarding, arranging for exit interviews
9. Administration of payroll including related statutory submissions such as CPF, Income Tax, staff benefits including leave, claims, EAP, insurance, etc.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
11. Provide administrative support for various people practice pillars such as learning & development, recognition and rewards, performance management, people welfare, employee relations and communications, people engagement
12. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
13. Prepare and replenish name cards (whether digital or physical)
14. Any other relevant duties as assigned

1. Minimum Diploma in HR with 3 years’ experience in HR Operations; Basic understanding of various HR Operations roles
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
3. Detailed and meticulous
4. Effective communicator
