Responsibilities:

1. Employee onboarding and offboarding
2. Maintain and update employee data
3. Process tax clearance IR8A and IR21
4. Process government claims including NS claims, childcare, maternity, and paternity
5. Oversee work pass application, renewal, and cancellation including work permit, S pass, E pass, and Dependent pass
6. Training and development
7. Process daily worker payroll
8. Employee insurance
9. Recruitment filtering process and advertisement
10. MYE application
11. Other ad-hoc duties assigned
