Job Overview:
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will work closely with department heads to implement HR policies, support employee development, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding processes.
2. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
3. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR reports, and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
4. Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, coordinate training and development programs, and assist with talent management initiatives.
5. Policy Implementation: Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.
6. Event Support: Collaborate with event teams to understand staffing needs for events and assist with related HR functions.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance HR processes and employee engagement.
