Job description

We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our Human Resource department as an HR Executive.

You will be responsible for managing all the human resource tasks of the Corporate Office. In addition to this, you should be able to support our employee compensation and benefits programs.

Prior work experience in a similar HR role will be an added advantage for the candidate. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage work in a fast-paced environment efficiently.

What You Will Do

  1. Assist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
  2. Execute end-to-end payroll cycle, including monthly payroll reporting and statutory payments.
  3. Manage and handle timely and accurate employee records in HR System.
  4. Assist in preparing salary proposals and offer letters for potential hires.
  5. Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, appeal, cancellation and issuance.
  6. Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding to offboarding of team members.
  7. Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmations and all HR related matters.
  8. Manage E-leave & E-attendance via HR System, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance.
  9. Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses with our learning academy partner.
  10. Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
  11. Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  12. Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
  13. Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior from time to time.

What You Will Need

  1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. Working experience on employee management will be an added advantage.
  2. At least 2-3 years of payroll related experience & familiar with HR systems will be a plus.
  3. Well versed with Singapore Employment Act.
  4. Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  6. A hands-on team player with a strong sense of responsibility, meticulous & self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
