Ensure that practices are in compliance with local legislation and regulation;
Maintain employees’ personal files and update employees’ details in the HR system;
Perform monthly payroll processing including preparations of IR21, IR8A, leave pay, and claims;
Prepare necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary handling, exiting, job increments, promotions, and miscellaneous letters when staff request for ICA, MOE, MOM;
Plan, prepare, coordinate, and administer employees’ training programs and journeys;
Handle and liaise between staff and insurance brokers on insurance claims, work injury compensations, and all documentation;
Perform duties pertaining to welfare matters, grievances, and disciplinary issues;
Maintain all records of staff attendance such as annual leave, leave of absence, and medical leave. Input Off-in-lieu as required for PH and pre-approval by management;
Verify claims with proper record keeping, monitoring of entitlements for staff outpatient and inpatient medical;
Handle all government bodies on HR-related matters (MOM’s calls on foreign worker stays verification, calls from HDB and MOM to verify foreign workers and even house owners, surveys, and reports for all government bodies as well);
Follow through on home leave applications of foreign workers and seek the necessary approvals, purchase air tickets for resigning foreign workers, and levy waivers for workers returning from home leave;
Oversee and manage all work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, mandatory courses to be possessed by workers, updates of personal details, and any other matters for foreign workers;
Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including hiring candidates, ensuring recruitment documents are in order, job postings, screening of CVs, and interview arrangements;
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, IR21, and clearance;
Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR-related documents;
