Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Maintain and organize employee records, files, and documentation.
    Prepare and process HR-related paperwork, such as contracts, payroll changes, and onboarding materials.
    Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring activities.
  2. Recruitment Assistance: Post job advertisements on online platforms and job boards.
    Screen resumes and applications for initial review.
    Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.
  3. Employee Records Maintenance: Update employee information in HR systems and databases.
    Track attendance, leaves, and other time-related records.
    Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in record-keeping.
  4. Benefits and Payroll Support: Help employees with benefits enrollment and queries.
    Assist in payroll preparation by gathering relevant data (e.g., overtime, deductions).
  5. Other Duties: Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
    Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee activities.
    Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent (essential).
  2. Diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  3. 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in HR.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  3. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Work Environment:
