• Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, collaborating with Groups, and Departments to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business goals.

• Contribute to the development of strategic workforce plans, and conduct periodic reviews of organisational structures, job designs, and resourcing strategies to ensure optimal resources are in place.
• Partner with leadership to adjust workforce plans as business needs evolve.
• Support the performance and appraisal cycle by working closely with leaders to set performance expectations, provide timely feedback, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, focusing on performance management, talent development, and retention. Manage employee relations, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, investigations, and transitions (promotions, role changes).
• Ensure exit management processes are handled with respect and professionalism.
• Champion initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce. Work with leadership to design and implement programs that promote diversity in hiring, development, and team dynamics, ensuring all employees feel valued and included.
• Analyse and assess organizational challenges, such as employee engagement, turnover, and morale. Develop and implement intervention strategies to address negativity, improve team dynamics, and mitigate risks of employee exit.
• Act as an intermediary between business leaders and employees, providing clarity regarding HR policies, processes, and organizational changes.
• Support change initiatives, including organizational restructuring or realignment, ensuring smooth transitions and effective management of change.
• Use HR analytics and business data to identify trends, uncover areas of improvement, and inform decision-making.
• Bachelor / Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management / IHRP certification with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on strategic business partnership, organizational development, and talent management.
• Proven experience working as an HRBP within a technology or IT-driven organisation preferred.
• Strong expertise in managing employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational diagnostics and implementing change management strategies.
• Good analytical skills to diagnose organisational issues and provide data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in conflict resolution and employee relations management, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to issues.
• Solid understanding of HR technology tools, including HRIS, employee engagement platforms, and data analytics.
