Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP). The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership across the assigned Groups and Departments, optimising human capital resources and driving organisational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on strategic business partnership, organizational development, and talent management.
• Proven experience working as an HRBP within a technology or IT-driven organisation preferred.
• Strong expertise in managing employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational diagnostics and implementing change management strategies.
• Good analytical skills to diagnose organisational issues and provide data-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in conflict resolution and employee relations management, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to issues.
• Solid understanding of HR technology tools, including HRIS, employee engagement platforms, and data analytics.
