As a Human Resource Business Partner at B. Braun you will play a vital role as an employee champion and change agent, delivering value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to apply solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Maintain good knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Supervise, coach and manage the performance and career development of subordinate HR colleagues and provide expertise support for colleagues in other functions.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or client-facing HR role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
