Job Role Description
  • Spearhead all Workers-related HR Administrative Works
  • Update, maintain, and organize HR Records and Filing System
  • Assist HR Manager & HR Executive with all HR-related works
  • Work with the HR Team (Singapore & Overseas-remote working)
  • Work for and with different Business Units and their BU Heads/Directors, Project Managers & Site Personnel
  • Organize company events/team bonding activities
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/ITE/A/O'Level
  • 2+ years of working experience in human resources
  • Good communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and a team player
  • Familiarity with HR software (WhyzeHR) and working knowledge of MS Office
  • Understanding of HR laws and requirements (e.g. Employment Act, EFMA, CPF Act, WSH Act, Fair Consideration Framework, Tripartite Standards, PDPA, etc) is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organizational nature, self-motivated, independent, active, hardworking, and grateful person
