Human Resource Admin (6 months Internship)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Support the work pass application and renewal process, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, including communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Support the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
• Help manage employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and providing support as needed.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
