In the role you will need:

  1. Sales Leadership:
    - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share.
    - Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  2. Business Development:
    - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
    - Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business plans.
  3. Sales Performance Management:
    - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    - Develop and implement sales performance improvement plans to drive results.
    - Conduct regular sales reviews and provide feedback to sales team members.
  4. Product Knowledge:
    - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HSBC Life products and services.
    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management:
    - Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
    - Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all sales activities.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Experience:
    - Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in the life insurance industry. (Ideally with MDRT)
    - Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  2. Skills:
    - Strong leadership and management skills.
    - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    - Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
    - Strong product knowledge and understanding of the life insurance industry.
  3. Qualifications:
    - RES5, M9, M9A, HI
    - Bachelor's degree in a related field.
