We provide a basic allowance: While most advisor roles are purely commission based. We understand that this might not be for everyone. Hence, we have introduced a basic allowance scheme that allows our advisors to be financially supported while being challenged to hit their goals.
Leads are given to you: We offer several different avenues for you to pursue leads. As our intention is to change the game, we don't believe in "everyone fending for themselves". We believe in collaboration and supporting each other.

Role Description
As a Wealth Advisor at HSBC Life, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of everyday to high net worth clients and providing them with customised financial advice and investment solutions. You will also be responsible for cultivating new business relationships and maintaining existing ones. This is a full-time, hybrid role, located in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with everyday to high net worth clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Compliance-minded with knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation
Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CPWA are a plus
Multilingual abilities are a plus
