Job description

RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents as a HRIS Specialist for my client who is a leader in the Fast Fashion industry!

Job Description

  • Maintain accurate records of employee timesheet & attendance
  • Generate reports for business process (e.g., Employee movement list, leave balance)
  • Contribute to process and system improvements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
  • Oversee the creation of employee IDs, updating employee information and leave management
  • Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with familiarity with HRIS systems including Workday, Prosoft, Workforce System
  • Possesses Key Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
