Job Description
Maintain accurate records of employee timesheet & attendance
Generate reports for business process (e.g., Employee movement list, leave balance)
Contribute to process and system improvements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Oversee the creation of employee IDs, updating employee information and leave management
Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with familiarity with HRIS systems including Workday, Prosoft, Workforce System
Possesses Key Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
