HRIS Manager (2 years contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the project, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Customizing the HRIS system to meet specific organizational needs.
• Conducting training sessions to ensure effective system usage.
• Migrating data accurately and securely to the new system.
• Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Project Management certification would be advantageous
• Proven project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering HRIS implementations.
• Knowledge of HR processes, IT systems, and data management.
