Job Description:

Salary: Up to $6,300 Basic + AWS + At least 3 months Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to undertake the implementation of HRIS system across APAC as part of the company HR process improvement.
• Collect and analyse data & stats with regards to HR practices, employee engagement, C&B, turnover & productivity.
• Compile data report results for management reporting.
• Liaise with IT Team for integration matters to the various platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR or relevant certification.
• At least 4 years working experience of HR practices.
• Experience working on HRIS system & implementation.
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
