Connect Energy partners with an Oil trading / Commodities and supply chain company to look for a HRBP to oversee their office in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Hands on and Full spectrum of HR which includes but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, talent hire & retention, on boarding, talent development, HR policies and reports, HR budget, cultural development and employee relationships
Play an active role in developing HR strategies to ensure company remains up to date with HR best practices
Work closely with Group HR and management team
Administrative role includes managing office supplies stock, arranging and facilitating meetings, updating office policies as needed, preparing reports of expenses and office budgets.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in HR role preferably in energy or commodities trading companies
Highly familiar with Singapore employment laws and relevant legislation
Strong organization skills with problem solving attitude
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse range o people and job functions.
