HR Systems Specialist

You will manage the full suite of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) modules and ensure efficient functioning of the HR online portals. These include smooth implementation of module enhancements, provision of IT support, conducting system user training, as well as safeguarding system integrity by ensuring accurate setting up and maintenance of user authorisation profiles. You will also provide support in the area of reporting and statistics and be involved in the projection and management of the HRIS budgets.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant experience or Diploma with at least 8 years’ relevant experience
• Strong grasp of information technology with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated team playerwith strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous
