Job description

Payroll:

  1. In charge of SG in-house payroll in payroll system and staff invoice payment
  2. Liaise with payroll vendors for monthly payroll (MY, PH, VN, TH)
  3. Familiar with tax submission (SG: IR21; IR8A; Malaysia, VN)
  4. In charge of internal and external auditor
  5. Redesign of compensation and benefits package structure as well as health plan welfare, like medical check-up and insurance renew.
  6. Conduct budgeting projects yearly.

HR OPS:

  1. Staff record management: update and maintain updated current staff list and update in different HR systems.
  2. Implement best HR practices to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  3. Conduct manpower planning to analyze workforce cost.
  4. In charge of employee relations, off-boarding, and performance management, by streamlining operations across the SEA region and China.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. Fluent in English and Chinese
  3. At least 3 years working experience in HR payroll
  4. Working experience in IT industry or Chinese company is a plus.
