Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to local employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  • Performance Management: Support performance appraisals, training programs, and career development initiatives.
  • HR Data & Reporting: Maintain employee records, generate reports, and provide insights for HR decision-making.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, payroll, or employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
