Prepareand analyze HR reports to track employee turnover, hiring trends, and other key HR metrics.

Strategic HR Initiatives
Partner with senior leadership to align HR practices with overall business strategy.
Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, including cultural transformation and organizational development.

Payroll Management
Oversee the complete payroll process, including the preparation, calculation, and disbursement of employee salaries, bonuses, commissions, overtime and other payments.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees(salaried, hourly, part-time, contractors, etc.) on regular basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Collect and maintain payroll data for all employees, including personal information, timekeeping records, and attendance data.
Update payroll records for new hires, terminations, promotions, pay raises, and any other changes affecting pay.
Ensure the timely processing of adjustments, retroactive payments, and special payments.
