End to end proactive recruitment functions with the objective of fulfilling the organization’s manpower requirements
Develop and manage HR policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations and local regulatory compliance. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to all levels of management/employees.
Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires
Develop training calendar and drive training initiatives aligned with business needs
Drive and manage performance management process such as annual review process, handling poor performance cases, etc.
Review salary structure benchmarking to ensure equity and competitiveness in the market.
Manage employee benefits and records management (medical, leave, insurance, etc.)
Work closely with management and employees to build morale and increase productivity and retention via employee engagement activities
Provide HR advice and support to business and employees on a wide range of operational HR issues.
Maintaining human resource information system records and compile reports from the database,
Active participation in the strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives, and processes
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management preferred or any relevant business field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role and have experience working with multiple stakeholders
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships
Good time management and possess a sense of urgency
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Good attitude with a positive mindset and cheerful personality
Meticulous and able to multi-task
Good knowledge and understanding of local employment laws & local company practices
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
