The HR Senior Executive, is responsible for providing administration support for full range of HR functions which includes HRIS, HR Reporting Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Processes, Policies etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshoot production issues in SAP, coordinates with other IT personnel from identification through resolution of issues.
Conducting system customization and functional testing to ensure enhancements, patches, fixes, and product updates work to specification.
Introduce HRIS enhancements and process improvements within the team by engaging in internal training and knowledge sharing within the team, including SOP development.
Participate in HR projects. Plan and prioritize workload to ensure key HR processes have the resource to provide the agreed services levels
Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and workforce trends.
Prepare reports of data results and present findings to leadership team
Performs the administration of all HR functions which include Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management, Processes, Policies etc.
Maintain and upkeep employees’ database and provide advice to respective Business Units on all HR matters timely and accurately
Maintain employee data by ensuring the accuracy of records in both HR systems and e-personal files
Safeguard the employee database by ensuring compliance, data integrity, and security
Oversee the benefits program, including leave management and employee insurance.
Undertake ad hoc projects as and when required
Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR Operations preferred
Strong working knowledge of SAP HR.
Analytical, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong numerical competency
Proactive mindset and ability to solve problems
Experience in process redesign and change management will be an advantage
Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
