HR Recruitment Assistant Manager (East, Up to $6,500)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
2. Participate in internal and external audits.
3. Organize and plan for campus recruitment, career fairs, etc.
4. Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
6. Partner with external stakeholders, such as universities and industry networks, to enhance sourcing efforts.
7. Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and organizational objectives.
8. Track and analyze recruitment and retention metrics to provide actionable insights.
9. Generate regular reports on manpower statistics, including hiring rates, attrition trends, and pipeline health.
10. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must have at least Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
2. Minimal of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and management.
3. Motivated, adaptable and able to deliver under pressure.
4. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
5. Experience in analyzing and reporting manpower statistics to support decision-making.
6. Able to interact with all levels, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner.
7. Diplomatic, discrete and able to keep confidentiality at all times.
