Job description

Responsible for preparing and processing the full specification of monthly payroll for retail F&B customers.

Attend to queries from client employees and F&B managers regarding all payroll matters.

Create and maintain client employee records in the payroll system on a timely basis.

Check staff attendance, generate reports including overtime and provision bonuses.

Ensure timely submission of monthly approvals, CPF submissions, IR8A, and tax clearance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR and handling workers' payroll.
  • Work schedule: 5 days, 9 AM to 6 PM.
