Job Description

• Perform HR operations and general administrative duties related to human resources
• Respond to staff inquiries
• Ensure that data is entered timely and accurately into the HR database
• Manage all relevant documents related to employees' employment, onboarding, resignation, termination, retirement, contract renewals, etc.
• Support the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes
• Assist in the performance of other duties as requested by the direct supervisor on an ad hoc basis

Job Requirements

• NITEC and/or above
• 2 years experience in HR operations/generalist role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
• Positive work attitude and willingness to resolve problems independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with others, with a people-oriented personality
