Job Description: HR Operations Manager (Courier Service)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions within our courier service company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR operations to support business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies, workforce management, and logistics industry operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
    • Handle HR audits, reporting, and compliance with employment regulations.
  2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent in the logistics industry.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Work closely with department heads to identify manpower needs and workforce planning.
  3. Payroll & Compensation Management:
    • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
    • Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and statutory contributions.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend competitive compensation structures.
  4. Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
    • Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
    • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Performance Management & Training:
    • Develop performance evaluation systems to assess employee productivity.
    • Provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
    • Conduct HR training sessions on company policies, ethics, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in logistics or courier services.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and payroll management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
