Job description
  1. Manage recruitment, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
  2. Collaborate with managers to align staffing needs and craft detailed job descriptions.
  3. Source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and evaluate cultural fit.
  4. Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes for employees.
  5. Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  6. Manage employee benefits, leave, and foreign worker-related matters, including work passes.
  7. Handle performance management, appraisals, and improvement plans for underperformers.
  8. Participate in workforce planning, salary structures, and job evaluations.
  9. Assist with audits (ISO, internal) and provide HR reporting insights.
  10. Plan and execute recruitment strategies without reliance on external agencies.
