HR Manager / UP$5000 / North / Contract

Contract: 1 year contract

Location: Yio Chu Kang

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
• Coordinate and oversee employee training and development programs
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in HR management with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• SHRM certification preferred
