HR Generalist Responsibilities & lead a team of HR personnel (Report to HR director):

1. Recruitment and Selection
2. New Employee Onboarding and Orientation
3. Welfare, Compensation, and Benefits Administration
4. Payroll Processing
5. Employee Relations Management
6. Performance Management
7. Training and Development
8. Staff Offboarding

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
2. Professional qualifications in Human Resource Management.
3. 5 to 8 years of experience specializing in HR, with a strong focus on generalist functions.
4. Ideal candidates should have experience in Recruitment & Selection, payroll processing, and supervisory roles.
5. Detail-oriented, process-driven, proactive, and forward-thinking, with strong initiative.
6. Excellent people skills, with strong communication and writing abilities.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Immediate availability or ability to start at short notice is highly preferred.
