Our client, a reputable MNC logistics company is searching for a highly energized candidate to fill the role ofHR Manager/Senior HR Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, services, policies and programs, systems, payroll
Ensure legal compliance in all human resource regulations
Responsible for the recruitment and selection, orientation and talent development programs
Manage employee relations, including but not limited to disciplinary and grievance handling
Identify and implement training and development plan and ensure such plans are effective
Establish and develop policies and procedures to ensure best HR practices and are in line with current employment law and are aligned to the organizational goals and objectives
Business partner to department heads to understand their HR challenges through coaching and advisory on all HR related issues and processes
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices
Implement HR programs such as employee engagement and satisfaction surveys to identifying areas for improvement and establish clear action plans. Train and coach leadership team to cultivate company’s culture and beliefs to the employees
Regular liaison with Global HR team in sharing best practices and HR reporting, roll out new and yearly HR initiatives in HR budgeting, succession planning, performance management, variable bonus, annual increment, promotion, support on ad-hoc HR projects
Job Requirement:
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience as a HR Generalist
Minimum Degree in Business or Human Resources
Working experience in a logistics industry would be an advantage
Ability to effectively manage issues with high ambiguity & complexity
Generalist experience of HR systems, policies and labour law
Good communication and presentation skill
Knowledge in Times Software and Peoplesoft
