Job description

Responsibilities

  • Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the overall business strategy and objectives
  • Collaborate with Heads of Department on manpower planning and budgeting to support business growth
  • Collaborate with business units to facilitate capability development through various learning and development interventions
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure that Cyrus has the right talent to meet its current and future needs
  • Facilitate the performance management and C&B process
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Conduct talent management including succession planning and reviewing

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related qualifications preferred
  • At least 5 years of in a HR generalist role
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Labour Laws
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
