Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals.
  2. Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and budgeting.
  3. Support capability development through learning and development programs.
  4. Create and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  5. Oversee performance management and compensation processes.
  6. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance issues.
  7. Conduct talent management and succession planning.

Requirements

  1. Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and labor laws.
  2. Experience in aligning HR policies and programs with strategic goals.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
  4. Resourceful, goal-oriented, and skilled in prioritization and multi-tasking.
