Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and budgeting.
- Support capability development through learning and development programs.
- Create and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Oversee performance management and compensation processes.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance issues.
- Conduct talent management and succession planning.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and labor laws.
- Experience in aligning HR policies and programs with strategic goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
- Resourceful, goal-oriented, and skilled in prioritization and multi-tasking.
