Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources functions at Kairos Global Search. This role will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR policies, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the recruitment or professional services industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
