HR Manager (Jurong East/ Up $6000)

• Salary: Up $6000/ month
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
• Working location: Jurong East
• Manufacturing company

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training and development, etc.
• Participate in developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, plans, processes and programmes.
• Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Work with operations and office teams to improve work culture, performance and employee retention.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree with at least 5-7 years’ experience in a managerial role.
• Good knowledge of local statutory working labour policies and regulations.
• Knowledge of HRIS system.
