Job Description

In charge of the full spectrum of HR functions covering:
Compensation & Benefits
Recruitment & Selection
Training & Development
Industrial Relations
HR Information System

• Manage, lead and oversee daily operation of HR Department.
• Report to management, HQ and provide decision support.
• Process and administer full spectrum of payroll and leave using InfoTech HRIS software.
• Conduct and facilitate annual performance exercise for employee remuneration.
• Expatriates management, compensation and benefits including Income Tax computation.
• Handle union-management meetings and negotiations.
• Ensure control and compliance with requirements.
• Establish, review and implement HR policies and operational procedures.
• Support Malaysia office in HR function.

Job Requirement

• 5 years in HR Manager position.
• Well versed with Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act.
• Familiar with operating InfoTech Software and Time Management System.
• Business level Japanese is required to communicate with Japan HQ and stakeholders.
• Good Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills.
• Skilled in Problem Solving and Decision Making.
• Experience in Leadership / Managerial roles.
