Job Description

In charge of the full spectrum of HR functions covering:

1. Compensation & Benefits
2. Recruitment & Selection
3. Training & Development
4. Industrial Relations
5. HR Information System

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead and oversee daily operation of HR Department.
• Report to management and HQ, providing decision support.
• Process and administer full spectrum of payroll and leave using InfoTech HRIS software.
• Conduct and facilitate annual performance exercise for employee remuneration.
• Manage expatriates' compensation and benefits, including Income Tax computation.
• Handle union-management meetings and negotiations.
• Ensure control and compliance with requirements.
• Establish, review and implement HR policies and operational procedures.
• Support the Malaysia office in HR functions.

Job Requirement

• 5 years in HR Manager position.
• Well-versed with Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
• Familiar with operating InfoTech Software and Time Management System.
• Business level Japanese is required to communicate with Japan HQ and stakeholders.
• Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Skilled in problem solving and decision making.
• Experience in leadership/managerial roles.
