HR Manager - HR Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and establish new overseas partnerships.
• Liaise with overseas partners, potential candidates, and local employers in Singapore.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and review their application materials.
• Manage candidate profiles for existing projects.
• Oversee the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and potential candidates.
• Handle administrative tasks related to candidate management.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Good team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in human resources or recruitment is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
