Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee management and retention, performance evaluation, training, compensation and benefits, HR budgeting, payroll, regulatory compliance, and work pass administration.
• Collaborate with business units and employees to provide strategic HR support, ensuring effective talent acquisition, development, retention, and engagement.
• Lead and oversee HR operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily HR processes, offering guidance on complex or non-routine HR matters.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, enhancing efficiency and the overall employee experience.
• Administer and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), coordinating with vendors to optimize system functionality.
• Investigate and resolve HRIS-related issues, ensuring seamless system performance.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Ensure HR processes meet audit and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least three years in payroll management.
