Job Description:
- Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the overall business strategy and objectives
- Collaborate with Heads of Department on manpower planning and budgeting to support business growth
- Collaborate with business units to facilitate capability development through various learning and development interventions
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure that Cyrus has the right talent to meet its current and future needs
- Facilitate the performance management and C&B process
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Conduct talent management including succession planning and reviewing
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related qualifications preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a HR generalist role
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Labour Laws
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
