HR Manager (Full Spectrum/ East) JM50

Job Description:

1. Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the overall business strategy and objectives
2. Collaborate with Heads of Department on manpower planning and budgeting to support business growth
3. Collaborate with business units to facilitate capability development through various learning and development interventions
4. Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure that Cyrus has the right talent to meet its current and future needs
5. Facilitate the performance management and C&B process
6. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
7. Conduct talent management including succession planning and reviewing

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Human Resources or related qualifications preferred
2. At least 5 years of experience in a HR generalist role
3. Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Labour Laws
4. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
