Location: Pasir Ris
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm
Entitled to AWS + VB + Allowances

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR division with strategic oversight and authority.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies; oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Collaborate with internal departments on manpower planning, budgeting, and employee training and development to support business growth.
• Coordinate training programs and workshops to boost employee skills and knowledge.
• Design and implement company policies, setting objectives for the HR team to foster a positive work environment.
• Support and enhance existing HR initiatives with targeted improvements.
• Ensure HR procedures align with labor regulations for compliance and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-oriented approach.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a results-driven mindset.
• Skilled in active listening, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and support a positive workplace culture.
