HR Manager (Engineering Consultancy)

Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct and develop HR team to ensure that the company's human resource strategy is implemented effectively to support business needs and within established budgets.
• Engage, support and advise the management team on HR related matters.
• Manage external and internal assignment management.
• Prepare annual department budget forecast, monitor and control manpower and operating costs.
• Business partnering with Heads of Department to develop and implement human resource activities that are appropriate for business needs and are consistent with the company's human resource strategy.
• Oversee general administration, building and facilities management.
• Support corporate governance, compliance with the company's policies and practices, and workplace safety matters in line with applicable laws and labor legislation.
• Perform the role of confidential secretary to the Managing Director.
• Prepare and submit HR reports to management and head office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of HR experience.
• Experience managing small teams preferable.
• Experience in strategic planning with stakeholders.
• Familiar with legislative and manpower requirements.
