HR Manager (Dental & Healthcare Company)

The HR Manager plays an instrumental role in aligning the Company’s vision and culture. The HR Manager will focus on developing HR processes, tools, resource development and organisational improvements for the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the HR team in areas of talent acquisition, compensation & benefits and HR information system.
• Develop and execute training strategies and programs according to the Company’s guidelines and strategies.
• Review overall HR policies, processes and systems, and propose, develop and implement improvement plans and initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity and to support company’s growth and development initiatives.
• Responsible for the Group’s manpower and Department’s budgetary exercise.
• Perform analytics for key HR matrices (such as staff attrition, foreign-local mix, recruitment lead time etc.) and be able to provide creative solutions to address HR issues.
• Establish close and long-term partnership and network with government bodies, agencies, institutions of learning for pipeline building, talent development and funding support.
• Conduct regular remuneration reviews, benchmarking analysis and budgeting recommendation based on best compensation practices in the market.
• Oversee and ensure documentation of content and knowledge management for all training programs, courses and other initiatives are updated.
• Any other tasks / work as assigned.

Preferred Experiences

• Degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a HR generalist, with at least 3 years in managerial role.
• Experience in healthcare or dental industry will be an added advantage.
