HR Manager / Com & Ben / MNC

Job Description:

1. Ensure compliance with legal statutory regulations and company requirements related to Compensation & Benefits (C&B), including MOM, employee-related, and RBA regulations.
2. Benchmark compensation packages against manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and semiconductor industries to ensure competitiveness.
3. Oversee and execute the yearly merit increment and appraisal process, ensuring it is completed on time.
4. Propose competitive compensation packages for salary adjustments, promotions, and upgrades.
5. Plan and manage bonus proposals, ensuring payouts align with guidelines and the approved budget.
6. Participate in the annual budgeting process and drive its execution.
7. Stay updated on market trends and changes in government regulations that affect compensation and benefits.
8. Develop and maintain HR procedures and documentation related to C&B processes, and drive HR projects and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder, preferably in HR Management.
2. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, and C&B analysis.
4. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Experience in handling Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements is an advantage.
