Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective hiring experience.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Implement and improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires and departing employees. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transitions.
Payroll Processing: Accurately calculate and administer employee wages, deductions, and withholdings in compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
HR Policies and Compliance: Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards.
HR Data and Reporting: Manage HR data and analytics, including employee records, benefits information, compensation data, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports and provide insights to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
Process Improvement and Efficiency: Continuously assess and improve HR processes, identifying areas for automation, standardization, and streamlining. Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Office Management: Manage office supplies for smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in HR generalist responsibilities is required, preferably with a background in hiring for eCommerce or technology-related roles.
Strong knowledge and experience in HR operations management, including HRIS management, payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance. Familiarity with Singapore's employment laws and regulations is crucial.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good understanding of HR processes and willingness to be hands-on with all HR processes.
