Location: Central

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with company goals.
  • Manage job postings, applications, and interview scheduling across various recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other third-party talent sources.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance company reputation in the job market.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs and employee orientation to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to management for decision-making and improvements in the hiring process.
  • Support HR projects related to employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in payroll management.
  • Solid knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and IRAS reporting.
  • Experience with HRMS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Timesoft, or other similar systems).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for payroll and data reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in handling payroll and statutory compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and HR project management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations at both strategic and administrative levels, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
  • Evaluate and refine the company’s organizational structure to optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead key HR projects, including initiatives related to labor sustainability, employee engagement, and internal communications.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals and enhance competitiveness.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor the HR budget, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting workforce needs.
  • Identify opportunities for HR-related cost savings and drive initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Review, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and present timely HR reports for management review.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, performance management, and talent development.
  • Partner with leadership to formulate and execute HR strategies that support recruitment, succession planning, employee development, and overall workforce engagement.
  • Establish performance metrics and HR development systems to monitor and enhance workforce productivity.
  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to management, providing guidance on people-related matters to support business growth.
  • Assess and address HR needs within the company, offering solutions to manage employee relations and enhance workplace culture.
